Ever since the release of the Black Swan movie, the public has come to suspect the darker side of ballet. 'I Met You for a Reason' is one such editorial that explores some of the film's creepy themes, mixed amidst images of a delicate and beautiful dancer.
Vika K. is pictured within what look to be her bedroom and a dance studio in stirring photos lensed by Gustavo Marx. On the floor, she is draped in soft and loose fabrics that embrace the gentle movements of her body. In several scenes however, the model is completely naked and left to her own psychological devices. Crying in the shower, bathing in her costume and pulling aggressively at her breasts, the girl is accompanied by disturbing dialogues in 'I Met You for a Reason.'
