Fiido, an electric mobility company based in the Chinese city of Shenzen, has launched a revolutionary hybrid e-scooter that manages to offer something that is yet unseen in the burgeoning market, in the form of the ability to ride it while either standing or seated.
What's unique about this hybrid e-scooter is the fact that it features an expanded rear frame which allows for the inclusion of a seat. This means that riders can comfortably ride the scooter while standing but can also take a seat to enjoy a riding performance that's more reminiscent of a go-kart.
As far as performance specs go, the 'Beast' offers the ability to hit a top speed of 48 km/h thanks to a double-motor mechanism that comprises 500 watts to the front and 800 watts to the rear, not to mention an approximate range of 70 km when only a single motor is deployed.
