'HotBlox cabinets,' introduced by HRI, Inc., represent a new generation of compact holding systems designed for versatility and customization to meet the specific needs of foodservice operations. The cabinets are engineered to accommodate both crisp and humid holding conditions, featuring a built-in convection system for crisp holding and the option for moisture-retention holding with a water pan at the bottom.
