Super Hot CR-Z
Ben Preiss — October 9, 2007 — Autos
Honda is replacing its older hybrids with the sporty CR-Z model, which will make all other hybrid on the market look like bricks. It won't just be treehuggers and Hollywood pretenders lining up for this one. The concept model will debut at the 40th Tokyo Motor Show on October 27th.
Implications - Unlike the current models, the CR-Z will go for a lightweight aerodynamic design with a concept that integrates function as well as style. The vehicle is operated by PUYO fuel cell. It will also merge the original gas-electric hybrid system built by Honda that's guaranteed to give a cleaner performance with high torque. Like most upcoming concept cars, the CR-Z is going light, green and fuel efficient.
