Colin Smith — March 29, 2022 — Autos
Honda unveiled a regional sub-brand for the EV industry in China, named 'Honda e:N.' This brand will launch with an initial offering of two production models. These are the 'e:NS1' and the 'e:NP1.' These two initial models are electric compact SUVs. Honda also released three concept vehicles under the e:N brand named the 'e:N SUV,' 'e:N GT,' and the 'e:N Coupe.' The design of these vehicles is rather similar to existing Honda vehicles, such as the 'HR-V.' Honda has not released exact specifications, such as battery size and range, for this upcoming collection.
This brand will not remain limited to China, though. Honda showcased the 'e:Ny1 Concept' for the European market, and is also expected to unveil a regional collection for Europe including seven vehicles named the 'e:Ny2' through 'e:Ny9.'
