Cue is a Home Testing System for Monitoring Your Own Health
Laura McQuarrie — May 13, 2014 — Tech
Cue is an awesome home testing system that comes with five single-use cartridges that measure fertility, testosterone, influenza, vitamin D and inflammation in the body.
Just like being able to take a pregnancy test at home, the Cue kit helps you to gain a better understanding of what's going on in your body, and align some of this molecular data with other issues related to your wellness. Depending on the test, Cue collects data from saliva, blood or a swab inside the nose, performed by the included Sample Wand. After this, it's as simple as placing the wand back in its cartridge and the data is transmitted to the Cue app via Bluetooth. The app provides helpful notifications, alerts, charts and even tracks instances of the flu in your area.
The Cue kit is available for $149, but it's not expected to ship out until spring 2015.
