Nearly a year after introducing its Garment Collecting Initiative, the H&M Recycled Denim collection has been revealed. It is comprised of five pieces, all of which have been fashion out of salvaged clothing donated through the program. They are specifically made out of 20% recycled cotton.
Hot on the heels of the Swedish brand's Conscious Collection, the H&M Recycled Denim collection really shows the world that people are becoming more and more environmentally conscious. Jon Loman, the concept designer of the line, states, “The trend is moving more and more towards working with recycled fabrics and as a designer you of course want to work with the latest trends and developments." It will hit stores in February.
