HighWire Lounge created a new way to drink shots with its range of Pearl shots. The lounge uses molecular mixology to create balls of liquor in various flavors. Its two constant flavors are the Pop Rocks pearl and Mango Mexican Candy pearl. The bar is gearing up to launch its latest flavor for the summer season.
The new Pearl shot flavor is made with cucumber mint vodka, strawberry, and watermelon. The bar's owners learned the art of spherification while attending the Culinary Institute of America, which they apply to their specialty shots. Currently, the bar operates on seasonal menus. This summer, it will premier its cucumber-flavored Pearl and aims to bring back the same flavor every summer.
