VANS recently teamed up with Hawaiian artist Heather Brown to bring sneaker junkies the Heather brown x VANS classic slip-on design. This fun sneaker pattern takes inspiration from high ocean waves and the warm beach.

Brown is known throughout Hawaii as a talented artist who effortlessly captures the Hawaiian surfer lifestyle in her bold and technicolor artwork pieces. The bright coloring paired with geometric shapes is breathtaking to look at and instantly reminds the viewer of the seaside. VANS Japan teamed up with Brown to create a pair of surf-themed sneakers for a special July 19th release date. Only 200 of these blue-toned wave slip-on sneakers were made with Brown's original artwork so if you're interested in picking up a pair, you can see them at VANS locations in Osaka and Daikanyama.
