Harper Lei is a sustainable clothing brand that will be launching its first official collection in May 2013. The line for girls and women is aimed at providing an alternative to the common fashion brands whose productions processes are harsh on the environment and the economy.
The official debut Harper Lei collection will be made from 100% upcycled materials and produced within the United States. Initially planned as a clothing line without the eco-conscious attitude, founder Lindsay Burke changed plans as she began to learn more about the clothing production industry, deciding to remodel her business to a sustainable production model to benefit both the environment and the economy.
