In keeping with its mission to help consumers discover the power of food, the growing Mediterranean culinary brand CAVA has added Harissa Honey Chicken to its permanent menu. Available nationwide as of September 30th, the sweet and smokey chicken option is CAVA's first new protein option in over four years.
CAVA"s new Harissa Honey Chicken is the first culinary creation born out of the chain's recently opened Dupont Innovation Kitchen in Washington D.C.. The new protein option starts with tender chicken, which is then seasoned with smoky harissa and Madhava’s Clean Label Project certified Unfiltered Organic Amber Honey. According to the brand, the addition of "Madhava’s honey adds a hint of sweetness to the smoky, buzzy heat."
With this new protein option, guests can make their CAVA salads and bowls even more flavorful.
