Indian designer Pinakin Patel has created twenty-five 'Hara Villa,' which are prefabricated eco-friendly villas all made from local timber. The 'Hara Villa' is also energy-efficient, water-efficient and can be solar-operated.
The 325 square foot villa is also outfitted with an outdoor shaded pergola of the same size. The 'Hara Villa' comes completely furnished, and since it requires no concrete foundation, it's very easy to install. Take a look at the gallery to view the beautiful prefab paradise.
