The elaborate LEGO design specialists at 'Brickmonkey' recreated a miniature rendition of the Hamburg Concert Hall.
The replica, which is approximately 1,120 meters long and one meter high took an impressive 110 hours to complete. The LEGO building comes equipped with all the complexities the real hall has to offer, including: the panoramic and elevated 'elbphilharmonie plaza,' and the large concert hall, which is revealed through an opening at the center of the design.
The true intricacy of this design is reflected through the subtle detailing, that only one with a close knowledge of the building would notice, including: details of the street-sided facade, of the individual rooms and detailing of the iconic undulating roof as well as the roof passageway. Most impressively, the design features a working lighting structure that can power certain aspects of the small-scale building.
