Hally Hair debuts its products at select Ulta Beauty stores across the United States. The haircare brand is known for creating the first ammonia-free foam hair dye. The brand will be featured in the new class of SPARKED at Ulta Beauty, a curated assortment of four emerging beauty brands entering retail for the first time.
As of May 2022, Hally Hair will expand into 324 Ulta Beauty stores as well as online Ulta stores with nine of its hero products. The beauty retailer will carry Hally's demi-permanent foaming hair dye Color Cloud in six shades, including Atomic Blonde, Cola COaster, Dark Mode, Code Red, Rose Gold, and Purple Avalanche.
