Found right in the beautiful natural environment of Robert's Island in Ontario Canada is the Green Cabin. It is designed by the team at Daymark Design and is a beautiful seasonal retreat that celebrates the original cottage aesthetics. The space fuses elements of modern design together with the captivating landscape of Georgian Bay.
The home can only be accessed by boat and visitors are met by a geometric silhouette that complements the natural contours of the island. It is perched by an existing cottage and the new property respects the storied heritage. The design leverages the natural features of the island including the mature and lush treeline and the rocky outcrop. The cabin faces west and invites in plenty of light with generous glazing.
