Google has announcing the Android Developer Challenge, the $10 million in prize money is for developers that create applications that advance Google's new Android mobile operating system. Google leads the Open Handset Alliance, a group of 30 technology companies that have come together to basically compete against Microsoft and other proprietary mobile operating systems.
