The COVID-19 pandemic has drastically shifted the way Canadians live, especially when it comes to getting physical exercise. To help all those looking to stay in shape while respecting the social distancing regulations put forth by the government, GoodLife Fitness launched a free digital gym, aptly titled #GoodLifeAtHome.
The #GoodLifeAtHome offers no equipment workout routines as well as tips from Kim Lavender, the GoodLife Fitness Vice President of Group Experience. Kim will also be leading 30-minute workout sessions live t 11.30 AM ET daily, as well as live guided breathing exercises Monday 10.30 AM and Friday 3 PM ET every week, on GoodLife's social media channels (@GoodLifeFitness).
Brands like GoodLife Fitness that provide free, beneficial opportunities for consumers during these challenging times will increase their brand awareness and consumer loyalty.
