Lime House Sushi and Ramen wants to make its menu more accessible to customers who eat gluten-free with the debut of new gluten-free sushi and ramen options.
As Lime House founder Thanda Win explains, "Gluten-free diners deserve the same authentic, delectable Japanese cuisine experience as all our customers. We are committed to serving every person we possibly can, and these new additions to our menu is a first step to inclusivity." To deliver on this commitment the brand has added new gluten-free sushi and ramen options that use gluten-free soy sauce and fresh, premium ingredients. Some of these new sushi options include the avocado cucumber roll, sweet potato roll, spicy shrimp roll, and more. As for the ramen, Lime House uses gluten-free noodles, broth, and seasoning to create new options like spicy vegetable ramen, spicy shrimp ramen, and more.
