Copenhagen-based Studio Arhoj has created this set of glazed porcelain coffee cups that feature a unique dripping design concept.
Originally located in Japan, Studio Arhoj produces a unique mixture of Japanese and Scandinavian design element in its approach. These 'Slurp Cups' are another example of the creative and customized output capable from this design team. Each cup is made from hand-cast porcelain that is then glazed inside of a extremely hot fire kiln. Through constant experimentation, the team is able to create a multitude of different color combinations to decorate these glazed porcelain cups.
The color pattern and dripping pattern on each individual cup is impossible to fully control, which makes each one of these handmade items truly one of a kind.
