Studio Simone Post notes that 40% of cowhide is gone to waste, which is a large amount, and in an attempt to create more sustainable designs -- it joins forces with Studio Yoon Seok-Hyeon on the new Four-Tenths collection. It is full of beanbag designs that are made from discarded leather scraps that are gathered from Hungary along with GOTS-Certified ecological cotton from Turkey.
Finally, it collects recycled polyester and mattress foam from the Netherlands. When looking at the seating designs, one can even see the automotive parts that create a unique graphic and geometric pattern. It comes in two colorway palettes and varies in three different sizes to suit all members of a family.
