Panera is Adding a Range of Flatbread Pizzas to Its Menu

In order to supply its consumers with more dining options that are also well-suited for takeout, Panera announced a new menu category that spotlights its 'Flatbread Pizzas.' The dishes start at $8, and include everything from Cheese and Margarita classics, to Chipotle Chicken & Bacon. While the pizzas make excellent and filling meals on their own, Panera also points out that they can be the perfect accompaniment to a family meal.
Head Chef Claes Petersson spoke to the changes, stating "With the launch of Flatbread Pizza, we are looking to redefine the expectation of pizza and carve out a niche for Panera in the pizza category. Our Flatbread Pizzas encompass the best of what Panera has to offer: clean, delicious ingredients from our pantry on top of oven-baked flatbread that is expertly crafted for our guests."
