Although the Flare 'Who's That Girl?' editorial might be youthfully playful, there is an elegant element to each look that makes them as perfect for the grownup woman as it is for the adolescent girl. It stars model Amanda, who channels her inner blogger, fashion editor, model scout and socialite for the multiple personality photoshoot.
