Rev’d Fitness is expanding its offerings with the introduction of Powerhouse, a new fitness modality that combines Pilates-inspired training, strength exercises, and cardio elements using the X-Former machine. This high-intensity, low-impact workout is designed to help participants build strength, confidence, and overall fitness in a supportive and motivating environment.
As the third fitness modality under the Rev’d Fitness brand, Powerhouse complements the brand's existing programs, which are Rev’d-X (strength training with dumbbells) and Rev’d Indoor Cycling. The first Powerhouse studio will open in Portland, Oregon, in March 2025 and will be operated by franchisee Kirstie Teasdale. The grand opening event will celebrate Women’s History Month by highlighting female-owned businesses in the community.
Rev’d Founder and Co-CEO Meaghan St. Marc, expressed excitement abut the launch: "We recognize the importance of cross-training and want Rev’d to be a holistic fitness brand that offers athletes all the workouts they need to reach their greatest potential”
