Finnair, the largest airline operating in Finland, has launched a new passenger experience for long-haul flights, including upgraded premium economy and business cabins.
The new development comes as part of the company's broader €200 million investment in customer service, which has become a priority for the airline as the world returns to more routine global travel. Now, Finnair's popular Airbus A350 and A330 long-haul aircrafts will be receiving major makeovers, which include all-new cabins aimed at providing passengers with a luxurious in-flight experience.
“The pandemic has had a significant impact on our industry, but it has not impacted our objective to offer a modern premium experience as we continue to be the first choice for travelers connecting Europe and Asia," said Topi Manner, Finnair’s CEO.
