Many readers no doubt have had dreams in which they can fly, and in the case of the woman in this Filip Piskorzynski video, she actually has the ability to float in real life, though it’s aided by the magic of stop motion animation.
Entitled ‘Gravity’, the plot of the Filip Piskorzynski short film finds a woman waking up on a beach to discover that she now has the physics-defying capability of floating in the air. She goes about enjoying her new found ability in a variety of locales until she loses control and lands in a garbage bin. She’s then confronted by a man who pushes down on her shoulders, temporarily removing her ability to float. She tries several methods to regain flight before finally electrocuting herself with wires. The short film then closes with an ambiguous ending that takes a drastically dark turn.
