The Filili Viridi project launched its second season at the Jardin des Plantes located in France's city of Nantes. Last summer, Jean Jullien, the artist behind the project, installed six quirky and playful sculptures around the park. The large-scale characters boast vibrant solid colors and smile at park guests.
Jean Jullien's second wave of park sculptures introduces three colorful additions to the existing installation. Made of painted steel, the trio is spotted in unique placements around the botanical garden. One purple figure can be spotted reclining in the grass with its feet up. Another yellow sculpture is seen plunged in a small reservoir with extended arms. The third installation is an orange figure perched high up in a tree.
