FedEx and Microsoft have announced the launch of a new "logistics as a service" cross-platform for brands, merchants, and retailers. The new solution, which merges Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology with Fedex's network intelligence, arrives as part of the two companies' multiyear collaboration deal.
