The White Cashmere Collection 2012 Fashion with Compassion Show
Jamie Danielle Munro — October 17, 2012 — About
Trend Hunter recently attended the White Cashmere Collection 2012: Fashion with Compassion show, which featured gorgeous designer gowns all made from toilet paper. Although the designers were all faced with the challenge of using this unconventional material, they pulled it off with success, and demonstrated just how versatile Cashmere toilet paper can be.
We caught up with renowned Canadian designer Rodney Philpott, who talked about the importance of feeling confident with one's style, as well as how he resets to be creative. His biggest challenge during the Fashion with Compassion show was to put the dress together and not have it fall apart. Layering was key, and dealing with the mess left in his house was well worth it for a good cause.
The White Cashmere Collection 2012: Fashion with Compassion show raised money and awareness for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
