The beloved family-owned Mexican quick-service restaurant Miguel’s Jr. has just unveiled a new Bowls lineup that includes flavorful options like the Enchilada Bowl, Loaded Potato Bowl, and the Guac Burrito Bowl.

Officially available as of August 14th, the new Bowls menu is an extension of the brand's commitment to serving up high-quality, authentic Mexican cuisine. The first of the new bowls is the Enchilada Bowl, which is like a deconstructed enchilada, made up of Spanish rice, pinto beans, enchilada sauce, and your choice of shredded chicken or beef. On the other hand, the new Loaded Potato Bowl consists of heart potatoes topped with carne asada, Jack and cheddar cheeses, and other savory toppings. Finally, the new Guac Burrito Bowl features a blend of guacamole, seasoned rice, pinto beans, pico de gallo, and your choice of protein.
