This chart lists the 100 most used emojis hashtagged on Instagram so far, out of a total of 6.44 million. Only since April 27, 2015 have emojis been able to be included in a hashtag on the popular social network. Interestingly, the top 100 emojis make up for 72% of all the individual emojis used in hashtags.
The red heart won the number one spot with a landslide, with 575,381 usages. The heart eyes emoji followed with 321,684, while the blowing kiss emoji is at 185,186.
