The Bogo Brush is an Eco-Friendly Toothbrush with Heart
Jonathon Brown — November 17, 2012 — Social Good
Why not brush your teeth with an eco-friendly toothbrush made of bamboo?
While plastic can take decades to break down in a landfill, this eco-friendly toothbrush is 100% biodegradable. The Bogobrush is the brainchild of brother and sister John and Heather McDougall, and their father was a dentist.
Increasing the goodwill factor of this product, the siblings decided to charge $10 for each Bogobrush and give one brush to someone in need for every brush sold. So not only is this environmentally conscious, it is also socially conscious.
“We are really excited to give people in need an actual Bogobrush, because we believe everyone deserves to use a toothbrush they actually care about,” says Heather McDougall.
