HP unveiled the 'Dragonfly Pro' consumer-focused laptop at CES 2023. This laptop continues HP's previous 'Elite Dragonfly' business-focused lineup, but with more widely applicable performance specifications.
The Dragonfly Pro is powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 7736U and integrated AMD Radeon 680M graphics card. This integrated graphics chip is one of the strongest iGPUs on the market, being capable of delivering competitive frame rates in modern game titles, as well as impressive editing benchmarks when compared to other integrated graphics cards.
One of the most notable features of the Dragonfly Pro is its interface options. The laptop features two USB 4.0 40Gbps ports and one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, meaning it can support two external USB 4 docks, an external graphics card, and countless expansion ports via external hubs.
The laptop is configurable with either 16GB or 32GB of LPDDR5 RAM running at 6400Mhz, as well as either a 512GB or 1TB SSD for an additional cost. HP has not yet confirmed the pricing and availability of the Dragonfly Pro.
