Joining the edible cookie dough craze, Britain-based ice cream company Little Moons recently expanded its portfolio with the introduction of the new Cookie Dough Ice Cream Bites. The new frozen treat is an inverted version of cookie dough ice cream -- instead of cookie dough inside ice cream, the ice cream is stuffed inside a sphere of cookie dough.
The creamy Cookie Dough Ice Cream Bites are free from artificial flavors, preservatives, and colors and are available to purchase at Tesco grocery stores for £4.50 per box. “Tesco really backed us on the idea and we are excited to be launching both our bite-sized adventures, cookie dough and mochi bites nationwide with them this month," said co-founder Howard Wong.
