Taco John’s is expanding further beyond tacos and adding a new quesadilla option to its menu with the launch of its new Double Beef & Potato Quesadilla.
Just as the name suggests, the new Double Beef & Potato Quesadilla packs a generous punch of meaty, starchy goodness into one handheld meal. The dish starts with a warm flour tortilla, which is then topped with a double portion of seasoned ground beef and layered with creamy nacho cheese. The chain’s signature Potato Olés are then added, along with a blend of asadero, queso fresco, Monterey Jack, and Cheddar cheeses. The whole thing is then folded up and grilled until crispy on the outside and melty on the inside.
