Old Doom Titles Will Come to the Consoles and the Switch

A number of Doom titles have recently been made available to the Nintendo Switch as well as the Xbox One and the PS4. The newly available Doom titles include Doom, Doom II and Doom 3. Adding the classic games to updated systems was initially announced at QuakeCon 2019. Doom and Doom II will both have a $5 price point.
The Doom series was originally released in 1993. The releases spanned a number of years with the latest release coming in 2004 with Doom 3. All three of the classic games weere created by id Software. The games were initially devloped across a number of different platforms, including early Sega consoles and the Game Boy Advance to more modern consoles like the Xbox 360.
