While the surface of a Salvador Dali painting is intriguing enough, a new exhibition called 'Disney and Dali: Architects of the Imagination' will give fans the chance to experience the legendary artist's work beyond the canvas.
At the exhibit, guests will be able to view paintings, sketches, letters, photos and other prized artifacts. Just before leaving the exhibit area, they are also given the chance to step into one of Dali's mind-bending paintings with the use of virtual reality. In the 'Dreams of Dali' experience, fans are taken inside the 1935 'Archeological Reminiscence of Millet's 'Angelus' painting to explore it for the first time as an all-new 360-degree environment.
After being previewed in New York for a short time, the virtual reality experience was transported to The Dali Museum in St. Petersburg, Florida.
