The Daydream V.2 art installation looks like a vortex to another dimension. In fact, it could very well inspire such a design for the next big sci-fi franchise. Specifically an audiovisual installation, it generates space distortions in order to enchant visitors. According to the masterminds behind the Daydream V.2 installation, "Relationship between space and time, accelerations, contractions, shifts and metamorphosis have been the lexical field of the project."
Created by NONOTAK Studio, the Daydream V.2 audiovisual installation was recently shown at the Insanitus Digital Art Festival in Kaunas, Lithuania. Displaying everything from circles and squares to beams of light, it is made up of layers of screens that project an illusion of dimension. With an eerie soundtrack in the background, the Daydream V.2 installation is sure to captivate just about anyone.
