This Darth Vader model used some very unusual materials in its design. This life-sized Darth Vader model uses discarded fruit skins to re-create the Sith Lord himself.
When bananas get black it's a pretty sad time overall; nobody likes to even look at black bananas much less try to eat them, but if you do keep the peels at least you know that you can make something legitimate out of them. The color lends itself perfectly to Darth Vader's outfit and the shape is just malleable enough to mold well into the complex shape.
This particular sculpture is by Matthew J. Mahoney and he even kept the stickers on the banana peels to show the authenticity of his work. So when your bananas turn a bit on the dark side, turn them into the king of the dark side.
