Trend Hunter met with Jeffrey Wortsman -- the passionately curious President and CEO of Danier Leather -- to learn about his experience in developing the brand mentality behind the company.

His story began as a child, constantly curious and wanting to take apart everything. He didn't know how to put the pieces back together but he believes that curiosity was and continues to be an asset in his career because it encourages him to keep asking questions. When he thinks about hiring he wants people who also share that curiosity for the why and how, always digging underneath the surface to make things better.

The cultural values of Danier Leather involve the desire to learn about what goes on inside the minds of people from all over the world. From his experience he has learned that customers want to dress well and have quality products without busting their wallets. Danier Leather aims to offer that to customers and incorporate their views into the products.
