'Fuddruckers,' the Black-owned, American fast-casual burger chain, has debuted three dairy-free cheese options. These cheeses are 'American,' 'Smoked Provolone,' and 'Pepper Jack' cheese, and each will be available at Fuddruckers locations across Texas, Arizona, Kansas, Missouri, and Virginia. The cheeses are made by 'GOOD PLANeT Foods,' which marks a new partnership for the restaurant and the alternative dairy food manufacturer.
The new cheese options at Fuddruckers are not only vegetarian but are vegan-certified as well. This new addition gives not only vegan customers a new menu item to try, but also environmentally conscious customers due to the enhanced sustainability of plant-based dairy products when compared to animal-based dairy. These new cheeses can be added to any item on the menu that currently supports cheese additions, including burgers, salads, and sandwiches.
