The Cypress umbrella may quite be the greatest umbrella ever invented. Let's be honest, most umbrellas suck at being umbrellas. They take forever and a day just to get dry, and they always turn inside out when there's even a reasonable degree of breeze.
Unlike regular old umbrellas that feature frames that are fixed in place, the Cypress umbrella is equipped with a telescopic suspension system that looks to have been inspired by the automotive world. Each rub within this suspension system is designed to pivot and move independently. This unique setup allows the umbrella to be able to handle the air that comes into contact with the canvas, making it more stable in an aerodynamic sense.
For some reason, umbrellas haven't changed much in decades but the Cypress is looking to take the umbrella world forward.
