L'Oreal's Culture Fit App Helps Streamline the On-Boarding Process

The happiness of a L'Oreal employee is a top priority for the cosmetic company and its L'Oreal Culture Fit app was created to streamline the on-boarding process and to help integrate new employees.
The app features quizzes, videos, photos and "real-life missions" which help the new employee understand the ins and outs of the company. According to Laurent Reich, the Director of International Learning Practice, the objective of this app “is to take our on-boarding practices to the next level and to give each and every employee, from the moment they arrive, the keys to succeed in full alignment with company values such as multiculturalism, diversity and inclusion.”
The app will be available for download starting June 1st.
