Cruelty-free color bar BLOW in Glasgow blew up the internet last year with their glitter roots campaign. Continuing their crusade for cute, colourful hair, the Glasgow-based salon have started making sure all their fashion brights are vegan. The salon continues to strive to become more animal-friendly and to celebrate, invited some of their favourite clients to for a cyber girl from outer space girl gang shoot.
The cruelty-free color girl gang sees the girls rocking everything from rainbow pastels to banana yellow brights. From unique mixes created in salon to classic block colors, BLOW want to make sure customers have the option of going cruelty-free.
The shoot was styled by creative consultancy Betty & Bee using Scottish independent designers including Isolated Heroes, Obscure Couture and Thrifty Little. Snapped by prolific local photographer, Betty Riddle of Tub of Jelly, the shoot combined high fantasy with Glasgow's urban grit. Layered sequins, cosmic furs and pop culture headbands offset the colors for a shoot that is truly out of this world.
