'JONSBO,' a Guangdong-based computer component and hardware manufacturer, announced the 'CR-1400 DV2,' a dual-tower CPU cooler for custom-build PCs. This tower cooler includes two heatsinks and two cooling fans, each of which with a variable RPM from 800 to 2,500, which results in excellent cooling performance, particularly for lower-TDP CPUs. Currently, the CR-1400 DV2 supports the latest AMD and Intel socket types, as well as the last-generation sockets, including the AM5, AM4, LGA1700, and LGA1200. However, JONSBO often offers new mounting brackets when socket types are released.
The CR-1400 DV2 is rated for up to 40,000 hours of operation, meaning it can actively cool a computer for years to come before deteriorating. One unique aspect of this dual-tower cooler is that it not only features two RGB fans, but also RGB top plates over the heatsinks. The traditional placement of the cooler results in these two plates facing the glass sidepanel on most PC cases, dramatically enhancing the aesthetics of the PC.
