This cordless floor lamp will never topple over if it gets knocked down. Created by Australian designer Nick Rennie, Sway is a mobile and chargeable light with a minimalist look.
Available from Made By Pen, the Sway floor lamp is named for the signature swaying motion it makes when the light is moved. Its weighted base prevents it from falling over, producing a pendulum-mimicking motion. The cordless floor lamp can be placed anywhere regardless of proximity to electrical outlets and has an interactive element to it. The designer explains "the result is a minimalist, nomadic floor lamp that is playful and could not be knocked over." The lighting solution features an LED light, a steel and carbon rod with silicone materials.
