Located in Paulista Coast where the sand is golden white and the waters are crystal blue, this contemporary holiday home is 13,000 square foot and the work of São Paulo-based architects at Jacobsen Arquitetura. The 'Recidencia MC' boasts is situated directly on the shoreline and boasts a unique U-shaped design to ensure maximum privacy. The novel design was created in this way so that that the courtyard and garden -- as well as the whole house of course -- has unobstructed views of the serene beach. Using only local elements and traditional building techniques, 'Recidencia MC' is designed to be authentic to its surrounding.
