The designers at Xyz Integrated Architecture weighed their options -- literally -- when they decided to construct these fashionable concrete sunglasses. If you wanted an extremely unique pair of glasses to don over the spring and upcoming summer months, these sunglasses would have done you justice. Unfortunately, only one pair was made, but maybe it was a blessing in disguise -- after all, it would be a pretty heavy pair of sunglasses to consistently perch on the bridge of your nose.
The concrete sunglasses were created by pouring cement into its solid silver frames that are interestingly shaped to slope downwards. The lenses are tinted dark gray and made of mineral glass, which contrasts the slate cement beautifully. As for the arms, they are constructed with what seems to be black-colored plastic.
