The Ritz-Carlton plans to unveil its premium Godiva chocolate high tea menu at the end of this month. The classic ritual of afternoon tea is an affair celebrated by the Ritz-Carlton, which has now been enhanced to serve 'The Sablés Fine Butter Biscuits Afternoon Tea' at Café 103 at the hotel's Hong Kong location.
The divine chocolate high tea menu will include five specifically created biscuits by Godiva’s Chef Chocolatier Jean Apostolou. Each of the biscuits is inspired by a particular continent such as Africa, Asia and Europe. The sensual menu invites guests to take a flavor-fueled journey to each location by indulging in the premium chocolate ingredient. The European biscuit for example, is made with short bread cookie, granulated sugar, flour and butter and is covered in chocolate. Each treat is then individually wrapped to ensure freshness.
The menu will be officially available on October 1st 2015 until January 16th 2016. At the end of this term, the hotel is hopeful to launch the exquisite menu into its Macau and China locations as well.
