Although it began as an April Fool's joke, Wayback Burgers ended up creating a real drink out of vanilla ice cream and Cheez Whiz called the Cheeeesy Gold Milkshake. Though the hybrid drink did not become a regular menu addition, it does demonstrate how unlikely partnerships between restaurants and popular food products can drum up a great deal of publicity for brands.
The Cheeeesy Gold Milkshake created by Wayback Burgers featured vanilla bean ice cream blended with milk and Kraft's iconic cheese spread Cheez Whiz.
