WhatsApp Keeps Conversations Organized with Chat Filters
WhatsApp is making the organization process of conversations more intuitive with the Chat Filters. The latest update allows users to sort their messages based on different variables. It can be separated by Groups or Unread to keep it all in one place. Groups will also show any subgroups that users are a part of from the Communities.
Before this, users can use their search bar at the top to find a certain conversation. This update makes the process much more seamless and also allows users to leave conversations marked unread to be returned to at a more convenient time -- this can then be found in the 'Unread' section afterward. The sort options are integrated to the top of the messages without having to sort through settings.
